Tacking wickled problems
This 2 day master class in program design focuses on achieving change in complex social environments. You'll get the concepts, tools, and processes you need to design interventions that make a difference to seemingly intractable or "wicked" problems. And along the way you'll get the secrests to enabling groups of people to adopt new behaviours.
It's designed to meet the needs of sustainability officers, health promotion staff, natural resource management staff, road safety officers... anyone who works in the field of "human change".

This interactive one-day course, limited to a maximum of 8 participants, will build your skills and confidence to plan and facilitate a session and get results in almost any situation. You'll get Seven Keys to Effective Facilitation, learn an immensely useful all-purpose template for designing effective facilitated sessions, practice your interaction skills in a safe environment, and discover ways to deal effectively with conflict.

About Les Robinson

Author of How to Change the World, Les was Social Marketing Director at Social Change Media for 10 years. He is one of Australia's most innovative and experienced communication consultants.
